Soar upon an icy gust to fly over obstacles, and strike enemies from afar with attacks that remove a percentage of their health.

New Bloom 2015 event details.

Year Beast Brawl
The Year Beast Brawl will be a mode where you fight against the enemy team using your Year Beast. They will bring theirs.
You control and Upgrade your Year Beast using Ability Points.
The Year Beast mode works like last year. It keeps going on and off as the beasts go dormant.

How are Ability Points Earned?
You can purchase ability points on the Dota 2 Store - $4.99 for 1000 Points and $9.99 for 2400 Points.
The Frost Avalanche Arcana Bundle also comes with 2400 Points and the ability for you to earn Ability Points from your regular Dota games.
In order to gain Ability Points from your regular Dota games, either you or someone from your team should have the Frost Avalanche Arcana. You get 100 Points for this.
If your team mate owns an Arcana and not you, you get 25 Points for winning that game. You will get more points for each Arcana on your team.
You must win your game in order to gain Ability Points.
You gain 25 Point for each Item Recycling process you finish.
The game scoreboard also will show how many ability points you earned, earned by others on your team and the brawl itself if you're in one.

Rewards
Win a Year Beast Brawl and receive an item set drop, a trophy and 100 Ability Points.
Lose a Brawl and receive 100 Ability Points.
Upgrade Paths For The Year Beast
There are three different upgrade paths available for the Year Beasts and you can upgrade them accordingly using your Ability points.

Support Path
Level 1 - Healing Aura: Heals 10 HP every 2 seconds in a 1100 area of effect around the Beast.
Level 2 - True Sight: Grants truesight in a 1100 radius. The Beast will use Mekansm and Arcane Boots every 35 seconds in a 750 radius. Smoke Aura: While standing near the Beast, heroes are smoked.
Level 3 - If a hero dies in an 1100 radius of the Beast, it will be resurrected after 3 seconds. This effect can only happen once every 20 seconds.

Combat Path
Level 1 - Bash: The Beast gains a 12% chance to stun attacked enemies for 1 second.
Level 2 - Spiked Carapace: If 2 or more heroes are within 500 range of the Beast, the Beast will stun and reflect damage if attacked. Berserker's Call: If there are 2 or more heroes within 300 range of the Beast, they will be forced to attack it for 2.5 seconds.
Level 3 - Greater Hex: The Beast unleashes a magical smoke that expands outward in a 1000 radius, turning enemy units into harmless pigs for 4 seconds.

Speed Path
Level 1 - Attack Speed Aura: Allied units gain 30 attack speed in a 900 radius around the Beast.
Level 2 - Stampede: If there are 2 or more enemy Heroes within 500 range of the Year Beast, it causes a Stampede, and all friendly units gain haste and phase for 3 seconds.
Level 3 - Refersher Aura: When an allied hero casts a spell within 900 range of the Beast, that spell has a 50% chance to be instantly refreshed.

You can command your Year Beast to do the following stuff.
Send to Mid Lane
Send to Top Lane
Send to Bottom Lane
Beast AI
Year Beasts have a bunch of names: Harold, Louie, Francisco, Morty, Geraldine, Maxwell, Mordecai, Francis, Maynard, Lucille, Gustav, Monty, Wilbur, Bruni, Kitty.
The Beast has special chat commands like other bots where it informs you where it's going to push, who it is going on and when it will respawn back.

  • Ranked All Pick initial planning phase reduced from 40 to 30 seconds

  • First rune spawns are now both Bounty Runes that are twice as effective (50/50 gold/xp to 100/100)
  • All Illusions now deal 25% less damage to structures

  • Melee and Ranged Barracks bounty reduced from 352-370 to 100-150
  • Melee and Ranged Barracks now give 125 and 75 gold to each player, respectively

  • Ward location to the right of Roshan is now pathable
  • Fixed a ward location near the Dire ancients that could not be easily seen

  • Ancient Granite Golem health reduced from 2000 to 1700
  • Ancient Granite Golem now has an aura which grants 15% bonus health to its allies

  • Private Lobby games now use the Captain's Mode creep spawn timer when in All Pick

    GAMEPLAY

    • When spectating a game with a team's Fog of War selected, you now only see what they can see in-world and on the minimap. This applies to player perspective as well
    • Improved server stability under UDP packet flood attack by moving packet processing off of the game thread and onto worker threads.
    • Added a sound effect that plays when Sange and Sange & Yasha's maim procs on an attack


    ALT-CLICK

    • Alt-Clicking now works on Passive and Unlearned abilities
    • You can now Alt-Click your own, and your enemies', health and mana bars to announce the current health and mana
    • If you Alt-Click an item or ability but do not have enough mana, the amount of mana needed will be shared
    • You can now Alt-Click buffs and debuffs on your hero to announce them to your team
    • Alt-Clicking now works for items without activation (such as Aegis of the Immortal)
    • Alt-Clicked abilities that are ready now also include the level of the ability
    • Alt-Clicking on a dead enemy's icon in the top bar will announce that they are dead, and when they will respawn
    • Alt-Clicking your respawn timer announces your respawn time to your team
    • Alt-Clicking on the Glyph button will announce its status, and Ctrl-Alt-Clicking the button will suggest not using the Glyph yet
    • Alt-Clicking an enemy's bottle now shows what rune is inside of it


    BUG FIXES

    • Fixes for several effects being erroneously visible through the Fog of War
    • Fixed a case where users had very large control group settings files, which was causing long delays after selecting their hero (some users in this situation have had their control groups reset)
    • Fixed not being able to taunt sometimes after using a prediction charm
    • Fixed Death Effects not playing


    WORKSHOP

    • Fixed not being able to edit .pcf particle files when launching Dota 2 with "-tools -nop4"
